Hoser Horror: The Pink Chiquitas (1987) & Wicked World (1991 / 2009)

This time on the podcast, Dan and Carlo are joined by Meg of Ghouls Only Press and the Ghouls Only Cast to discuss two Canadian horror movies of varying quality.

First up, it’s The Pink Chiquitas (1987): a campy sci-fi spoofy comedy featuring some side-line SCTV character actors and, uh, Frank Stallone. It’s about a meteor landing in a small town which turns all the local ladies into nymphos and boy is it… a movie. Then, we dive into the Barry J. Gillis trasherpiece that is Wicked World from 1991 (and 2009.)

Don’t forget to buy some of Meg’s merch over on Etsy, listen to her podcast Ghouls Only Cast, plus follow her twitter account.

A new episode of Notes From the Back Row will be released every other week. If you have a new movie premiering, drop us a line – we might be interested in setting something up with you too!
